OUR GOAL
For Employers, the Reimagining our Workforce program intends to provide you with a streamlined process to post job opportunities and more importantly, assist you and your company in accessing the talented workforce in NEPA.
ELIGIBILITY
Reimagining our Workforce, as represented in the NEPA Works Pilot Program, is open to any and all businesses located in Northeast PA - no matter the size of your business, industry classification, or job needs - you are eligible to participate.
DELIVERY
Employers interested in participating in the Reimagining our Workforce pilot program, will be directed to our local workforce provider - providing you, for FREE, with the opportunity to post jobs and explore on-the-job training programs.
